I'm one of the three "victims" and just wanted to post on this how happy I was with the final result. Phenomenon or not, you guys reacted very fast to the problem and I was incredibly happy about it. I was expecting to wait until the following Monday for this to be resolved, but I received four emails on a Saturday morning about the issue... including one from the artist. While there may have been a hiccup, I make it a point now to check you guys first for some artwork before going anywhere else.
